Testing now on Debian and looks good so far. Need to do some desktop testing. So I can see where it would make a difference.

FYI: KVM-PR doesn't work anymore since the RC4 of kernel 6.17.

Edit: I changed the compiling environment from SUSE to Ubuntu and KVM-PR works again.

Hi All,

The merge window for the kernel 6.18 has been started and here is the first alpha with the first PowerPC updates for testing.

For X1000 users: KVM-PR does not work when I compile the kernel with SUSE. If you need KVM-PR, use the KVM-PR kernel package for the X1000 that I built with Ubuntu.

Please test the kernels.

Thanks,
Christian

Oh dear. Well I haven't been using it lately. Should do some testing with it.

I'll get onto the latest alpha next.
