Someone Rang? :)

First of all, the gadget you see badly rendered is not getfile.gadget, but chooser.gadget.
I can't reproduce it here on my machine (besides the X1000 came with Update 5 and can't downgrade).
I would suggest to try it with either update, but using the included official theme, and post the results.
Also do not forget to tell the version of chooser.gadget you have with which you can reproduce the bug and with which one you cannot.

Problem still only using the ImagoDespira themes:

http://www.amiboing.de/themes.php

(see the first post of this thread, there are a couple of grabs that show the effect)

This problem was solved on the Update 3 using the ImagoDespira themes (don't know what version of chooser.gadget was bundled with the update 3, need to check) but it seems there were a regression with the latest 2 updates so bug still again ..

So to reproduce the issue on your current AmigaOne X1000 just download and install one of that theme from ImagoDespira and then start the VisualBoyAdvance GUI

Ok, finally managed to reproduce the issue and isolate it.

First of all try to lower the values below 3 from GUI prefs as shown in this screenshot:

That will fix it until new update fixes it.

As it seems, the spacing rendering covers part of the gadgets, gonna isolate it to the correct class before submitting a Bug report.

@Ami603

Thanks mate, i was sure about the issue so i'm happy that you finally detect it, hope you can fix it easily :-)
I also reduced the space in GUI prefs as you suggest and this fix the problem ;)

I've found a couple of new different issues, i will send you a private message
