[3.2.3] AmigaGuide datatype crashes if inline image cannot be loaded

I moved some commodities to WBStartup on a fresh install. Later on I tried to read help file for one of them and AG datatype crashed when opening the file. Took a while before I realized it was because commodity was moved and AG datatype could no longer load the icon file referenced in the help file.
