Your new HDD won't show up unless you change the env-variable xxx_conf to include it.
How is it connected? SATA? Which device is supporting SATA in that machine?
cheers

i now have two hdd inside, 1 boot is SSD and second my old 500gb sata drive both show up but not if change a partition on the 500gb disk from sfs/02 to jfx as long i choose FFS or SFS nothing wrong and partitions are shown and can be formated but as soon i select jfx filesystem after a reboot all partition are shown expect the jfx one so i cant format it.

thats the problem, jfx filesystem is loaded in the kicklayout

The block size for JXFS must be 512. If it isn't, the partition won't even show up.
