@kilaueabast: You just forgot the dash between "apt" and "get": "apt-get".

Amazing! I'm sure I used copy-and-paste, so what happened to the dash?

I tried it with the hyphen and ended up spening quite a few minutes with things getting upgraded. Lots of Warnings. Will Fienix perhaps work better now?

Copying and pasting from a web page (such as this forum) can sometimes make strange changes to some characters.

Best to check the result of the paste visually, or key in manually.

Best regards,

I went back and looked at my post, and I missed the hyphen in my post. My apologies!
Hmm... "lots of warnings" makes me a little bit anxious. Did everything seem to go smoothly?

Hi All,

A new ViewTube add-on is available.

Installation instructions:
  1. Download the SeaLion-Extras.zip package.
  2. Unpack it and install the addon greasemonkey-3.10.0.1rc3pre-sw.xpi
  3. Download the new ViewTube SeaLion package
  4. Delete the old folder gm_scripts
    rm -rf /home/<your user directory>/.wicknix/sealion/<profile directory>/gm_scripts
  5. Unpack the package and copy the folder gm_scripts to /home/<your user directory>/.wicknix/sealion/<profile directory>/
    For example:

    Code: Select all

    cp -R Downloads/ViewTube_SeaLion_v3/gm_scripts /home/amigaone/.wicknix/sealion/iykmgak4.default/
  6. Restart SeaLion
Cheers,
Christian

Hi All,

Wicknix has released SeaLion 33.4.0.
Wicknix wrote: This release is current with the latest UXP. You can find out what has changed from UXP's release notes found here: https://www.palemoon.org/releasenotes.shtml

Add-ons, extensions, and themes can be found here: https://github.com/wicknix/SeaLion/rele ... 33.0.0.zip

Older browsers that can't see the downloads click here: https://github.com/wicknix/SeaLion/rele ... ets/33.4.0

Do to hardware and time constraints i will no longer be providing x86_64 Linux binaries.
I compiled SeaLion 33.4.0 with the new Goanna layout and rendering engine 6.7 for older Linux PPC distributions for example Void PPC without AltiVec support today.

Download: sealion-33.4.0.linux-powerpc-void-gtk2.tar.xz
