BUG: GA_Underscore missing in USB connection window

I'm assuming the USB stack is part of the OS?

If it is, it suffers the GA_Underscore bug, or rather it's missing "GA_Underscore, ~0" in the string gadget tags (<-- courtesy of @Rigo)

If the little USB connection window pops up informing about a new USB device being added there is an underscore printed underneath the following text.
i.e. the PTP program connects a "Samsung_Android" to the system, but the USB connection window tells me it's connecting a "SamsungAndroid" (with the underscore printed underneath the A of "Android").

If it isn't please tell me who i shall end this to

If you are on to a bug report, could you maybe also add an enhancement request where the window width respects the entry size?
Right now the window cannot change it's size which makes it impossible to read all the information, just as in my example picture.
