Localisation in 3.1.4

Hi,

I did something (obviously unsupported) after installing 3.1.4 in an emulator last night, which was installing the old 3.1 Icelandic Locale files.

They work pretty well (obviously there are some untranslated strings) except in WBPattern where they are way off.

Is there any way for me to get the catalogs and do my own translation, working from the previously done translation with some additions, to Icelandic? There are (working) Ísland.country and íslenska.language files that exist and seem to work, and the old Icelandic keymap work without issue.
