WBRun 53.7 vs. 53.4

WBRun 53.7 vs. 53.4

I noticed that WBRun 53.7 (4.1 FE) does not find programs which are on the path, whereas the older 53.4 (4.1.6) does. Bug or a feature? Fortunately the old one works also with FE :-).
