I've been using the Amiga since 1988 and OS4 on and off for the last few years...

but we now have a decent web browser (NetSurf) the OS4 machine is getting more use. A web browser that worked was a major bug bear.

However what is the current state of OS4.1?

Is it classed as complete? are further updates coming?


A fresh install of OS4.1 tells me that it has the wrong data types for Jpeg and MOV ,annoying but these are solvable. My USB stick (TDK) stops the Amiga booting..

Writing is garbled at Uboot when its rebooted , No audio over HDMI ...

small problem admittedly..
