Audio now immediately available at boot on Sam460ex in Debian Jessie (8.1).
Problem was due to incorrectly configured Namespaces support.

Sam460 lubuntu 15.10 installer .

I initially installed Lubuntu Desktop and then installed mate-desktop-environment-extras from a terminal on rebooting.
Might be possible to install Mate on the initial install but I have not tried it yet .
