The USB Prefs save it's settings *only* to ENV:usb/system/xxx (LOGERRORS/LOGWARNINGS/LOGINFORMATION etc.), but not to ENVARC:
The "SAVE" knob (and the "USE" knob) from USB Prefs do not save the settings to ENVARC:, instead, both commands write them to ENV: only and as such forget them on a reboot (and return to the default set in ENVARC:).
Can anyone confirm, please?

Bug in USB Prefs save code
Re: Bug in USB Prefs save code
Confirmed. Saving the USB settings doesn't seem to work. Now let's see if anyone is listening who can get it into the bug database.Raziel wrote:The USB Prefs save it's settings *only* to ENV:usb/system/xxx (LOGERRORS/LOGWARNINGS/LOGINFORMATION etc.), but not to ENVARC:

It's already there, for quite some time.xenic wrote:Confirmed. Saving the USB settings doesn't seem to work. Now let's see if anyone is listening who can get it into the bug database.
I'll add a link to this thread.
