Sam440ep_setup breaks USB with Update 3

No pointers, it's a well-known issue with USB on all Sams.

I never encountered it on a Sam440ep-flex. Nor on a Sam460ex under linux so if it is hardware related then linux must do something that prevents it from happening.

Happen for the first time under Linux on Sam460ex. No keyboard on start up. Mouse worked.

If you use zzd10h's program, check that you do not have any stick or USB card plugged during boot, otherwise the system will freeze. It will so prevent you from booting from the internal SD Card on Sam460.
