hi,
also after update of the popmenu.libray, contextmenu continue to crash, to reproduce the issue: try to iconify some application like OWB, RunInUAE, ecc, click with left mouse button on its iconified icon one time, click right mouse button and voilà a DSI appears on the screen !

Contextmenu still crash after update popupmenu.library

Re: Contextmenu still crash after update popupmenu.library
I believe contextmenue is another application and is crashing on it's own.SOFISTISOFTWARE wrote:hi,

Nothing (really) to do with popupmenu.lib
ContextMenu has to be fixed

I have 53.1 (30.11.2009) - 97.100 bytes

ContextMenu menus are created using popupmenu.library though I would expect unless there is some serious wheel reinvention going on there...Raziel wrote: I believe contextmenue is another application and is crashing on it's own.

I have contextmenu v53.1 on my sam440 & it brings up the GR. I copied the latest beta version over & no GR, so it has been fixed.salass00 wrote:ContextMenu menus are created using popupmenu.library though I would expect unless there is some serious wheel reinvention going on there...Raziel wrote: I believe contextmenue is another application and is crashing on it's own.

2 small issues with PopupMenu and Context Menus.
The latest available PopupMenu preferences has some issue refreshing the checkmark gadgets here:
it's Version 53.7 (28.9.2013) and if I click on any Checkmark boxes on any of the Tabs (General, Appearance, Text)
they are not set back to the previous state when calling "Last Saved" or "Reset to defaults" from the menu. However,
the "default" or "last saved" setting is loaded t the end, I could make sure of that by selecting "Test" or "Use"
The second report is about the "Animation" checkmark on the "General" Tab. What is it supposer to set? I vaguely remember it made a sub(context)menu
kind of zoom out from the row where the mouse pointer is, but I'm not sure. Anyways the checkmark makes no visual difference on how popup menus or submenus appear here on my Sam440flex.
and Can anyone else observer that too?
btw. happy new year to everyone
