SetPMU device fails on Linux boot

CFE sets the PMU.
If there was a problem it would give you an error there.

Thanks Chris, I will bother you here more then on support tickets, as solutions go public.

SetPMU is A4 and doing well, so I ll just ignore it on Linux boot sequence.

The Linux want to activate /dev/pmu but it can because CFE has done it bevore. (On my x86_Laptop its the same Failure)
The same is why activate CPU_Core-0 fails too. Yeah an Activated Core cannot activate when its alive

Short and simple, thanks Linux scripts should learn to say '"already activated", its not all 0 and 1 out there
