AudioCDs prevent System from Booting

Sometimes when I rip an AudioCD, I forget to take it out of the Drive. I noticed at least since 4.1 update 1 that the system will not boot.
It gets stuck at a black screen, the Early Start Up menu can't be summoned but the keyboard reset shortcuts work.

Ive had a similar problem which cause WB not to load after the Kickstart is loaded. Turns out its regarding the DVD drive/IDE SilCard

When I have no CD/Dvd in the draw, the uboot struggles to get data from the CD, it sometimes shows a "no DRQ" error during the 'IDE reset' part of Uboot. Anyway the Uboot continues and loads from the Kickstart, but once the Kickstart finishs It doesnt load up workbench, again I get a blank screen, no BootMenu and 'sometimes' allowed to reset via keyboard.

The current temporary fix is to leave a cd/dvd in the draw, but theses problems cound be connected.

Do you use a Sil card on the internal IDE port

I use a Sii0680 card and a Sam440Flex
