The RexxC directory was removed, and its contents moved to C, quite early in OS4's lifetime. I'm not sure exactly when it was, but probably some time during 4.0.

And you are right, those Rexx scripts should have been fixed accordingly. (In fact, they should never have contained any absolute path in the first place.)

The issue is known and being solved.
