hello,
i found a strange behaviour on my system and i want to know is this a bug or only a failure on my system:

1) copy some text into the clipboard with amiga-c oder the copy-entry in a popup menu.
2) open a dialog in a program with a string-gadget. for example then notepad with openfile dialog.
3) paste the copied text into the string-gadget for the filename.
4) press the tab-key
an now my system is freezed!

has anyone the same problem?

system: sam440flex 667mhz, 1gb ram, radeon9250. aos4.1u4

Just tried and even following exactly your step i didn't have any freeze

Thanks for verifying. I will test something other to found the problem.

This sound suspeciously like you might be running onto the same problem with Tab Cycling when using ActivateGadget (which I'm guessing the file requester does to activate the string gadget) that I just posted about here: http://forum.hyperion-entertainment.biz ... f=26&t=947
