On my A1200 with Update 3 i had big GFX errors. But I found a solution
I had copy the ATIRadeon.chip file from Update2 into Update 3.
You find it inside Kickstart folder

What do you mean by Gfx errors? Here with my Bvision (16 bit screen only) the only thing I noticed is a "fusion" of the button's alpha channel in the Amidock drag bar, that tends to solve itself when I change the theme.

Could you give more details about the errors please?
I don't have such problem but I have 128mo on my Radeon.
PS: please update your signature with your current hardware configuration

Could you confirm me that it works well with update 2 ATIRadeon.chip?
Is it possible to make a picture of the graphics glitches with a camera please?

Wow, that is colorful!
Since update 3 came in, the boot image on my monitor is a bit off-center like yours. I don't have the noise at the top of the screen, and I haven't seen colors like that.
I just figured the off-center splash-screen was because I'm using a widescreen monitor. On mine, the beginning of the image does NOT show on the right side, just the
(cutoff) left side like yours.
I'm running a micro-AOne-C with a clean update 3, 256 Meg ram, and the builtin Radeon chip (of course)
My graphics modeID is 50091300, which is 1920X1080 ARGB32, 16 M colors.
Once I have booted into workbench, there are no problems at all.
I hope it helps,
