what is the best way to update on amigaone xe.
also what would help is how to do it the easy way. im going to pint this out so I can do it

4.0 Update 1 or 4.1 Update 1?

The correct way to update 4.1 update 1 is:

• 1. Install Update 2 and make a hard reset (Kickstart must be reloaded)
• 2. Install Update 3 and make a hard reset
• 3. Install Update 4 and make a hard reset
• 4. Install Update 5 and make a hard reset
• 5. Install Update 6 and make a hard reset
• 6. Run AmiUpdate (included in Update 6)
• 7. let AmiUpdate install the updates
• 8. repeat step 6 and 7 until AmiUpdate does not offer you new updates for the OS.

The problem might be that one cannot access any updates before update6 anymore on the hyperion servers.

No updates have been removed. They are all available if you registered your serial number correctly.

Ah, so all earlier updates have vanished maybe because i dropped the XE AmigaOS4 serial number...thanks for the hint
