Workbench: Grim Reaper on trying to delete read only files

I'm not sure if this is a bug...
Tested on my SAM 440 with OS4.1 Update 6:

- create a read only file in RAM: (.info is required to reproduce the error):

i.e. from a shell:

copy SYS:Utilities/NotePad ram:
copy SYS:Utilities/NotePad.info ram:
protect RAM:NotePad r
protect RAM:NotePad.info r

- now try to delete it via Workbench contextual menu (AsyncWB is active)
- answer yes to all to the po-pup request to assign delete permission... BOOM!

I'm getting one reuqester asking me if i really want to delete and one requester telling me that the object is protected from deletion.
Telling that requester to "Force delete" grims, so i can confirm that

Also seen on Amiga OS 3.9

it does not guru here: file is removed but .info is not deleted.

Both gets deleted here, then the grim happens (which can be ignored)

Might be because i'm using the debug kernel

I can confirm this. It only crashes if there is an icon, and it does not seem to matter which filesystem is used (RAM:, FFS, etc).

I'll raise a BZ for it.
