You have my answers.
Unfortunately we do not: you have not updated your Support Ticket with this information. The Support Ticket documents all the diagnosis of the problem so it is important that all details are posted there so we can help you more efficiently.

We are happy to exchange any faulty component of your X1000 including motherboard that is faulty under the terms of the warranty.
Please send me a new X1000. I don't have time to test any components. The X1000 isn't a beta test machine. You have a lot of time to test the X1000. After your repair you can sell the X1000 to an another customer.

I can understand you may be busy and do not have time to provide answers in helping us diagnose the problem. As the product is under warranty, our Technician is able to test it for you in our workshop. He will identify any faulty components or escalate the problem to the manufacturer if the motherboard is faulty. At this point, we will exchange the faulty component.

Posting in public forums can be helpful in seeking other user's advice and opinion, but it does not help us when you are not copying these details of your problems/tests in your Support Ticket. It means we only see "half the picture" and it takes longer for us to diagnose the problems.

It's better for me to get a new X1000. You have a lot of time to test self the X1000. When the X1000 is repaired then you can sell it to an another customer.

That is not how most warranty processes work, and we are no exception to many other retailers. The information about this process is documented on our webstore in detail: www.amigakit.com/support

Our commitment is to getting to the bottom of your support case.

I have bought the total AmigaOne X1000 tower. If the total AmigaONE X1000 doesn't work then you have to exchange the total system.

Sorry. I'm angry about your support. I have a faulty X1000. And I want to work with an Amiga without any problems. If you exchange the X1000 then you can find out self the problem. What's the matter????? This is a 3200 EUR computer. It costs more as an Apple Mac Pro.

We want to get you up and running as quickly as practicable. Our commitment is to resolving your support case.

I hope you understand that the processes we follow are to ensure we identify that the problem is an actual hardware issue and ascertain the reason for it. In your case, the X1000 is operating normally with an intermittant boot problem. It maybe due to environment, software or some other problem. Blindly exchanging the system may not be the best resolution.

My X1000 has no scratches and signs of use and it's very clean. You can exchange the X1000 without any problems.
