Re: Sam460ex Linux
Uuuh??? I have 2GB RAM on my SAM460ex :-/ (well and I do a manual kernel files installation)
Maybe is the same, but on your sam460ex_install.sh you decompress modules.tar.gz, while I do a plain copy (cp -R 3.12.6-Sam460ex/ /mnt/lib/modules) maybe some files in modules.tar.gz are "older"/different than the ones from 3.12.6-Sam460ex/ (problably it's nonsense, but...)

Re: Sam460ex Linux
Mmmmh, not quite sure, but I think the last install requester INSTALLATION FINISHED showed window borders wrong, instead of fine lines they were [] or something alike. Didn't pay attention.
Will (re)install again, try to take a picture and post it here ASAP.
BTW does linux/ubutu say your ATI HD card has 1GB? Here IIRC it showed only 256MB (under system information)

Re: Sam460ex Linux
Reinstalled again and copied manually boot files. Fixed a couple of things on my HOWTO html.
xorg.conf seems unnecessary (cp /sam460ex/xorg.conf /mnt/etc/X11/xorg.conf). it works fine without such file.
Didn't get any corrupted window while installing.
