The first boot with the new Ubuntu 3.13.18-1 (3.13.0-50.82/ckt18) LTS kernel:
I booted Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS. It works without any problems. Fantastic, a lot of updates are available!

I finished all tests and it works without any problems. Here is the new LTS kernel: kernel-3.13.18-1-x1000-ubuntu-ppc64.tar.bz2.
