Anyone know if Gnome 3 can be installed on this?
Or is that a Wheezy INstall only that can use Gnome 3?

Hi TJ
Glad you got Debian up and running - I must check out your video
You would need to upgrade to Wheezy to get Gnome 3 (easily). There are no backports available and although it may be possible to build Gnome 3 from source for Squeeze you'd probably end up having to update an awful lot of Squeeze packages and be halfway to Wheezy by that point

The result was perfect, good job with the Installation Guide v1.8.3
thanks to all those who have enabled this project to the AmigaONE X1000.

Excellent.
Did you have any difficulty or notice any errors/typos with the instructions?

Basically same thing that mentions PatW, and also this other command that is in the page 21:
setenv - p MENU_2_COMMAND "boot - elf - noints - fatfs CF0:vmlinux39NH", "CF0" should be "cf0".
But that's detectable easily and does not affect the installation, the installation guide is very easy to understand.
