Also with full Args drops to a busybox says cannot find LABEL =FIENIX-DISK

Now, I understand the issue with the blinking cursor. It's booting and then a blinking cursor appears. There may be a GPU/driver compatibility issue. You need the Fienix-GPU-Bandage.

Please note: Your graphics card works with Linux but without hardware 3D acceleration and without a good video playback.
I would recommend you to buy RadeonHD 4xxx, 5xxx, and 6xxx graphics cards. With these graphics cards, video playback and hardware 3D acceleration works great on Linux PPC.
