I used the final drm11 test kernel and the alpha of 5.2. Outputs below, logitech mouse works fine under drm11

Thanks for reporting the issue with your Logitech wireless USB mouse.

In my point of view the following updates are responsible for the issue.

I will try to compile a test kernel without these updates.

Alex Deucher and Michel Dänzer have responded because of our results with git bisecting.

I'll send out a patch to revert the change.

Allan, please attach the /etc/X11/xorg.conf(.bak) file and the Xorg log files from the good and bad cases.

The alpha3 of kernel 5.2 is available for testing.

New:

• PowerPC updates 5.2-1
• X1000: Kernel Userspace Execution Prevention (PPC_KUEP)
• X1000: Kernel Userspace Access Protection (PPC_KUAP)
• X5000: Additional test kernel (uImage-hid) without the HID updates because of the issue with Logitech wireless USB mice. (git revert b4dd05dee0dbd16afdbba83b698a7110c687be2d -m 1)
• Linux Git log
• Phoronix articles, reviews and news stories covering Linux 5.2

It also includes:

• X5000 and X1000: vgaarb patch for solving the issue with two graphics cards in an AmigaOne. Link to the bug report: Bug 109345 - drm-next-2018-12-14 -Linux PPC
• X1000: pata_of_platform-v2 patch for solving the issues with new CF cards connected to the onboard CompactFlash Card Slot
