Darren splitted the new Nemo patch into a couple of patches and after that he submitted these to the Linux kernel developers today.Links:

I compiled the alpha8 of kernel 4.19 for the X5000, X1000, and for virtual e5500 QEMU machines today.

As a thank you for testing, I created an OS/2 window border theme for MATE today. You can find it in the Extras folder.
