Don't know, haven't really used Envoy (although I do have it lying around somewhere).
But I vaguely remember something about ParNet and SerNet being alternatives, maybe SerNet is a solution for you? They must be on Aminet.

I will try SerNET and ParNET .
Envoy would be the Best Solution for me but If Ser/ParNET work its also OK.

New Info about my Experiments X1000 <----> Amiga500 Serial-Transfer.
Amiga500 Side:
8N1.device 57600Baud 512000 Buffer Size
X1000 Side 57600Baud 4096 Buffer Size
I can transfer from and to A500 a Extentend ADF (1,8Mb) without any Fails. More than I think.
Very cool for tranfer ADF and LHAs .
Send 2MB from X1000 to A500 is about 6 Minutes
Send 2MB from A500 to X1000 is about 9 Minutes
