Now (partial OT) all we need is an optional auto-scanning feature, so no need to press the "Scan" button anytime we start AmiUpdate

Had a problem installing 2.32 .
Had to manually install update.library from the Archive,reboot and then the update worked then rebooted again.

Yeah ! Option for auto-scan there and works.

I have problem with the new version. After rebooting it asks to insert "Disk:" (???) in any drive and then nothing happens. Anyone with the same problem?

I saw that during my attempt to update. This was after some manual attempts to update.
Had to replace 2.31 from a backup. Then manually copy the update.library from the 2.32 archive in Ram: to LIBS:.
Then reboot and then run the update again.
