I swapped out a 7700 for a Sapphire 270X. Everything seems to be working but I was curious if there is anything else that needs to be done to make sure the card is configure correctly.

Thanks for all the feedback. I ended up picking up a 27" 1920x1080 monitor to follow the herd.

It feels like 1920x1080 is settling. Especially compared to some of the other platforms I use. It is better than what I have now for sure though.

Curious as to what Monitors people are using and what resolutions they are running at? I've heard of aspect ratio issues and am curious as to whether this is a real issue for people.

I'm currently running 1280x1024 so pretty bog standard.
