Let me try to be more specific:
I have a SCSI to Micro SD adaptor card on a fairly stock A3000 (16MB RAM). The MicroSD card is a 8GB Sundisk (but I tried other 8GB cards ...

Re: A3000 and 3.2 roms
Hi there,
It seems this forum is a bit inactive. But well, I have my A3000 up and running on 3.2 Rom's (yes you MUST have a disk drive DF0: installed or it wont boot, contrary to the A4000 that can live without a drive upon boot. A painful learning before I realized that :o)
Why do I still have ...

Re: A3000 and 3.2 roms
Happy New Year.
Spent a week in bed with a whatever flu. Good to be selfmedicating myself to a waken state again.
Yes in fact I did try that in the hope that i had gotten hi and lo wrong, as i remember it will not ruin the rom's. Checked the 3.2 on my programmer and they are still okay.

A3000 and 3.2 roms
Hi
Just got my 3.2 rom's and the OS CD. I did not receive any instruction on how to install the rom's, For an unknown reason Hyperion marked the rom's with hi and lo and not the socket numbers, so uncertain if socket 180 should house hi or lo. I burnt a few custom rom's over the years, and then the ...

Re: X-Surf internet connection
First of all. Thanks everyone for helping me out. Great support and community spririt.
You all have valid and helpful points. I learn everyday, like I think I saw that I'm most likely already running the Roadshow stack. Didnt know :) And yes it is even okay that it is not effecting any speed at my ...

Re: X-Surf internet connection
Hi again.
Couldn't find readable documentation. Just a bunch of complicated text files, that really does not help me, as a no programmer or AOS developer. Poor material to say the least.
But I eventually found a thread about device drivers, and got mine updated to the latest one created after ...

Re: X-Surf internet connection
Thanks both of you.
I will roam the CD and see what i can find, and also see if I can get hold of that Adrianne device.
One small comment though regrding connectivity lights. The green light will never ever be on? If I connect any other device "PC" I get the green light instantly, and I remember ...

X-Surf internet connection
Trying to get my A4000 online. I have an old X-Surf Zorro board that worked fine under OS3.9 even though after a redicolous complicated setup. I thought that OS4.1 would have offered some 2016 easiness, but it seems like it is just as impossible as before. I use wizard and manage to load the X-Surf ...
