As soon there are no duplicated entries, it seems it works fine even with the service file provided in Update3 package.
I can't tell you so far if the cause of the issue is any one duplicate entry or a specific one.

@MazinKaesar, if you had not made any changes yourself to your services definitions, you might want to try copying that file from Storage/Internet to Devs/Internet and see if that (also) fixes your problem, this would be interesting to know.

I can confirm the issue was solved removing the duplicate entries in DEVS:Internet/service file.

I think I solved, I did not restart the system after fixing services file; restaring now it seems all is working, let me perform some checks.

I tired to remove all duplicare entries in services file, but issue persists.

Also I wanted to try to run some cli command like wget and I get this error and nothing in reported in Network log

You can check too from Prefs Internet. Maybe there is a "strange" setting in Prefs Internet.

So, I reverted C: and Libs: with all Update3 files.

My tests:

Replacing only AddNetInterface from backup of Update2: KO
Replacing only bdsocket.library from backup of Update2: KO
Reaplcing both from backup of Update2: OK!!!

so the issue seems in these two files only - there is any debug log ...

I replace the files one by one until the connection worked again.
As I can reproduce the issue at will, tomorrow I will try to do as you asked.
