SAM460ex Install Error

trying to re install OS4 and when boot from CD OS4.1 screen comes up then get error "ASSIGN: Can't find "SYS:L"
Whats the name on your hdd sys partition?
Its the same as your CD?
I normally, delete all partitions, on HDD. Then assigns cant get screwed up is stuff is named the same.
However everyone has their own was to do stuff.
