Notification window fade-in glitch

AmigaOS4.1upd4
AmigaOne XE - 1 GB Ram - Radeon 9200 -128 MB Ram
Steps to reproduce:
1) Double click on Sys:Documentation/Ringhio/rx_testringhio.rexx
2) Immidiately move the mouse cursor to wherever position the Notification will fade-in (top right in my case) and make sure the window will be fully visible (no transparency) and the "X" is shown
3) Move the cursor away
Effect:
The notification window will stay in it's fade-in state (nearly invisible due to max transparency if one was fast enough) until the fade-out process starts in which the window will be fully drawn (no transparency) and then fade-out.
Given, it's a "not-so-often" situation, but it still looks strange and like a bug to me
I can live with the fact the window will be set to no transparency when a user moves the cursor over it to be able to close or read it earlier then the full fade-in, but on not doing so, the window should either stay in the no transparency state or, if possible, resume the stopped fade-in animation after the cursor has been moved away again.
Thank you
