You must have noticed the erratic behavior of qt5 programs like VLC and LibreCAD where the mouse stops responding in the menu and that the keyboard is needed to go through the menus. Well, someone found the problem, contacted me and I adapted the source qt5base-opensource-src. I have powerpc and ppc64 builds in the MintPPC repository which fix this very problem. The problem and patch have been upstreamed, but rejected immediately. At least MintPPC fixes these problems. The only package that needs to be upgraded is libqt5gui5t64.
