The Debian developers have removed the PowerPC SPE platform so that there will be no more Linux developments for the A1222. The reason for this was the deletion as a target platform in version 9 of the gcc compiler, which was already obsolete in version 8.
However, all kernels and images remain available on the Tabor Linux download page. Debian PowerPC-SPE works very well on the Tabor board (screenshot). If you would like to test Debian on the A1222 Plus, you will find a Linux Guide. The links to the latest kernel and to the PowerPC-SPE version of the Arctic Fox browser:
