Forgotten data types

I have a lot of wma and iff files stored on my OS4, but when I click on any of them I am told "Unknown data type for Data:Songs/....wma" etc. How can I make the data types known?
Alas there's no data type so far, you have to convert them.

however DRM is not supported...
