Cannot log in to Hyperion site

Hi amigans.
Please forgive me, if this post is in the wrong thread.
I have been trying to login to HE, for several months now.
On my attemps to login, i get the following:
Your password reset confirmation failed because the token was invalid..
I have tried to reset my password at least 40 times, with different Tokens, in the emails that were sent.
Without any luck. It is not that i have the same login for HE and this forum.
I am attempting to regiser my 3.2 purchase.
Any information or help will be much apriciated.
