Hi don’t know what happened but the rt8139 nor the x5000 internet connection fails.thanks in advance .says dns failed?

First try would be to ping at 8.8.8.8 ... if that does reply you are connected to the internet.

Second try to enter other DNS servers than the ones you are using now.

For example 1.1.1.1 (Clloudflare), or a Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

Hi , I am just asking who is responsible for updating. I contacted Amigakit and so far no response. This was a few weeks ago. I’m not sure who does the updates is what I am looking for, amiga x5000. Enhancer 2.0. Basically just asking for them to place the driver in the update.

You are looking for an X5000 onboard ethernet driver ??? or a Realtek pci ethernet driver ?

Hi , thank you, the x5000 driver . All the other drivers are there. But the x5000 driver is there in name only, don’t know why though . By the way I think you should have been a firefighter because no matter how hot the situation you always seem ready to jump in , once again thank you.
