Amiga OS4 noob - what to install first?

Recently acquired a Sam 460ex to use as my main Amiga going forwards. Wondering what I should install first to get to latest good baseline OS4.1 install? This being my first OS4 machine.
It has 4.1FE Update 1 on it. I guess I should install:
- EUAE
- RuninUAE
- AmiSSL latest version
- a web browser? which one?
- the official SDK
- a newer GCC? is there one?
- AmiCygnix
Anything else? (and of course run AmiUpdate)
