Just a quick enquiry to see if the timezone files are maintained, and if they're custom or generated from something like the TZDATA used by many operating systems?

I ask, because the Australia.timezone file is dated at 2008, and it includes DST rules for Western Australia, which was a 3 year trial which was voted against in the referendum, so we no longer have DST.

I have modified the file on my install, but it may be nice to have updated timezone files during install, or in an update applied post-install.

Did you just simply remove the entire Western Australia section?
