CPUclock docky on X1000

I'm using this CPUclock docky on my X1000:

(it is the first version by Peter Gordon, not the updated one by Stephen Fellner)
However, it doesn't seem to work right. It always shows lots of activity when in idle mode. For example, here is what it shows when doing nothing for several minutes:

It is a clean OS4.1 FE system. There are no tools running in the background that would justify the high CPU usage. On my Pegasos2 and on the Sam440 CPUclock.docky is working correctly and doesn't show any activity when the system is just idling. I really only see this strange behaviour on the X1000. So is this just a problem with CPUclock.docky or should I be worried about my X1000 hardware?
