Arexx Help Script Update

Would be nice to have an update help script with the following:
1) Move SYS:Documentation drawer to HELP:englsh so that the HELP:english/Shell/#?.help can be deleted.
2) Arexx help script can point to or find the information in the HELP:english/Documentation/
So that any new shell commands that come (like all the ntfs ones we have now) are automaically found and "help ntfsinfo" will work without needing to update a duplicate copy as it is now.
