Standard requesters freeze my SAM440EP or SNOOPY?

The acces to my Sys partition was lost and i had to reformat it, copied my backup of my system (update 5), then applied update 6.

Since then my system is buggy; I observe freezes when opening some requesters
I had problems with Wordworth too, and i'll add info here as i come over more exaples.

eg
1. when trying to save a Snoopy trace ,i get a freeze when selecting "Specify" It works wheni use the OK button though.
2. when doing a search in a Notepad window the search window freezes the computer

You should probably do a complete reinstall (not from your backup as it seems it's causing the troubles)

@Raziel, i am sure that would solve the problem, but for the moment i am very happy i still have the archived update 5 partition upgraded to 6 reinstalled, since i am trying to copy its preferences to my SAM460 sys: partition.
So i'll do this when i'm happy with my sam460 interface.
In the mean time , maybe some idea about the origin might emerge.

I also have been intensily busy trying to print to an ethernet printer
and to connect via ethernet my two SAMs

so the origin might be there too and i would lose also the settings for the different print solutions tried & SNFS
