I cannot seem to use this FS. When I change a partion to that, the machine does not boot. What am I doing wrong?

JXFS is not bootable. The partition that contains the file "amigaboot.of" must be FFS. Your system partition can then be JXFS or SFS or whatever.

This isn't a boot partition. Just a storage partition (end of the hard drive, if that matters).

The block size must be 512 for JXFS to work. Other then that, verify JXFileSystem is in sys:kickstart & has not been commented out in kickstart/kicklayout & is loaded.

Looks like it was the block size. Must have missed that. SIGH. Thanks!

Will check block size.
