Would it be possible within the existing AmiUpdate mechanism to have "user tagged" and dated CrashLogs saved from GrimReaper
uploaded and automagically sorted "by application" to the relevant author ?

Telling AmiUpdate where on Disk the CrashLogs are saved by GrimReaper

Would this be at all practical? even just collecting statistics towards which bugs are currently prominent for priorities as to which bugs may be considered?

I know I am starting to collect a lot of CrashLog reports which have been related to NSS/NSPR within TimberWolf and ARexx related from AmIRC ...

Hopefully this is not a useless idea dreampt up by my lack of sleep when writing this...

No, the existing framework would not support such a thing, nor are there any plans to. Send your crashlogs to the author and get some sleep
