workbench menus keyboard shortcuts

hello, I own a a1g3se, so, to test it deeply, I have installed 4.1.6 on one HD, and on a spare HD I installed 4.0, both Italy localized
what I see is that the workbench menus in 4.0 are equal to those in 3.9 Italy localized, and the same are the keyboard shortcuts which are very useful and comfortable for me since I still use OS3.9 on my A1200
Instead 4.1.6 has some keyboard shortcuts changed, and some are missing, and this is quite uncomfortable
I will list them all
here are the 4.0 keyboard shortcuts (as I said, it is Italy localized):
workbench menu
backdrop, RAmiga + P
execute, RAmiga + E
info, RAmiga + ?
close, RAmiga + Q
window menu
new drawer, RAmiga + N
close, RAmiga + K
update, RAmiga + A
select all, RAmiga + S
unselect, RAmiga + Z
order by column, RAmiga + D
order by name, RAmiga + 6
order by date, RAmiga + 7
order by dimension, RAmiga + 8
order by type, RAmiga + 9
resize to fit, RAmiga + . (dot)
snapshot window, RAmiga + V
snapshot all, RAmiga + T
show only icons, RAmiga + -
show all files, RAmiga + +
show by icons, RAmiga + 1
show by name, RAmiga + 2
show by date, RAmiga + 3
show by dimension, RAmiga + 4
show by type, RAmiga + 5
find, RAmiga + G
icons menu
open RAmiga + O
copy RAmiga + C
rename RAmiga + R
info RAmiga + I
snapshot RAmiga + F
unsnapshot RAmiga + U
leave out RAmiga + <
put away, RAmiga + >
and here are the 4.1.6 keyboard shortcuts (italy localized):
workbench menu
backdrop, RAmiga + B
execute, RAmiga + E
info, RAmiga + ?
close, RAmiga + Q
window menu
new drawer, RAmiga + N
close, RAmiga + K
update, no shortcut
select all, RAmiga + A (changed)
unselect, RAmiga + Z
order by column, RAmiga + . (changed)
order by name, RAmiga + 6
order by date, RAmiga + 7
order by dimension, RAmiga + 8
order by type, RAmiga + 9

snapshot window, no shortcut
snapshot all, no shortcut
show only icons, RAmiga + -
show all files, RAmiga + +
show .info files?, RAmiga + 0 (zero)
show by icons, RAmiga + 1
show by name, RAmiga + 2
show by date, RAmiga + 3
show by dimension, RAmiga + 4
show by type, RAmiga + 5

find, RAmiga + F (changed)
icons menu
open, RAmiga + O
copy, RAmiga + C

info, RAmiga + I
snapshot, RAmiga + S
unsnapshot, RAmiga + U
leave out, RAmiga + L
put away RAmiga + P
delete, RAmiga + D
you can understand how uneasy it is to use some shortcuts on a operating system and being forced to learn a completely different shortcut commands for the other OS. Plus the fact that some of the most used (resize to fit, snapshot window, snapshot all) are missing, forces a user to always move the mouse to the menu to get those functions (the more you have to move the mouse and the more you have to click, the less ergonomical a OS is).
so I'm wondering whether it could be possible to correct this, to re-establish the italian keyboard shortcuts equals to those on OS3.9 and 4.0 and having again those missing (most important is having the missing shortcuts back, which are those I use to rezize and snapshot the windows, at least until someone will put an auto resize and snapshot feature).
best regards
