X1000 Update 6 component versions vs. other platforms

While setting up my X1000 (and upgrading it afterwards and parallel with my Sam and Pegasos II to AmigaOS 4.1 Update 6) I found that the X1000 variant of AmigaOS 4.1 is somewhat "special" compared to my other two platforms:

Code: Select all

Component U6 X1000 vs. U6 Sam/Peg2
---------------------------------------------
Kickstart 53.26 53.34
RAWBinfo 53.10 53.12
ClickToFront 52.3 53.2
Prefs/GUI 53.6 53.8
Prefs/WB 53.9 53.10
Prefs/Sound 53.6 53.8
pthread.library 53.7 53.9

warp3d.library 53.7 53.13
(most warp3d libraries/
hardware drivers)

picasso96api.library 2.359 53.4
emulation.library 41.446 53.1

muimaster.library 20.2335 20.2344
muilocale.library 20.354 20.357
(most MUI classes)

codesets.library 6.13 6.14
diskimage.device 52.67 52.78

and more (Mixer, z.library, ...)
I didn't dare to do any "cross-updates" from my Sam or Pegasos II to the X1000 (except codesets.library, Mixer and diskimage.device stuff), so here's my questions: Are there any plans to bring the OS4.1 platforms on par or will AmigaOS 4.2 the one who unites them all (again)? Are there any recommendations which component might be safe to cross-update?

The X1000 is still in beta and thus not equal to the other platforms. We do however plan to update all the components but they need to be tested of course.

None. Don't mess with it. Let AmiUpdate do the work for you.

Thank you very much for the info. And I promise I will try not to mess around! :D
