I remember someone posting about having problems with DVD playback, and I then wrote a hasty reply yesterday. Unfortunately I can't find that now, so am posting here.

If you have problems with DVD playback on the X1000, it would be useful to know what the following Shell command reports:

IDETool -l sb600sata.device
