Okay tested as working here.

Code: Select all

fienix@fienix:~$ uname -a
Linux fienix 6.12.0-rc2-2-powerpc64-smp #1 SMP Thu Oct 10 10:36:12 CEST 2024 ppc64 GNU/Linux
Also fixed my Fienix networking. Tried to reconfigure but got an error in some systemd script. Then apt removed network-manager and installed again. Now working once again. Strangely etc/network/interfaces only show lo device and there is no sign of ethernet anywhere. But as long as it works now. :-D

NetworkManager keeps connection information on known individual networks in configuration files called profiles. Those are stored at /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/.

Thanks for info. I checked and it's all blank. I don't see any other interfaces listed. :-?

Anyway, have tested the RC3 now. Works well. Stable in Fienix.
